This 75 min class is a mindful, gentle yoga practice and is designed to support mobility, balance and relaxation as we age. Yoga is a practice you can continue as you age as it is individual to your body, gentle, encourages flexibility, strength and balance. No weight bearing poses, hatha based class with no sun salutations. Finishes with a beautiful 15 min relaxation. (Suitable for all levels).
